Would you like to know what we would tell buyers about your house?
We'll show you things from the buyer's perspective and provide a detailed level report that describes the positives and negatives about your home. You'll get good, solid advice on how to make your home more appealing to a larger pool of buyers so that you can sell more quickly and for more money. You may even be able to avoid the price reduction your agent might be suggesting.
Are you selling your home own your own without an agent? Get the information you need without having to worry about hidden agendas. Not all agents are comfortable telling you the truth about your home for fear of jeopardizing a future relationship. Not true with us. We only represent buyers and we have no interest in listing your home. We'll give it to you straight.
