Fiduciary Duty*
A real estate Agent who becomes an agent of a seller or buyer is deemed to be a fiduciary. Other examples of fiduciaries are trustees, executors, and guardians. As an EBA, I have a fiduciary duty to do everything possible to gain an advantage for the Buyer. I must obey all lawful instructions of the Buyer and tell the Buyer everything I can about the Seller and the property. I must keep all information about the Buyer confidential and account for any money or documents that the Buyer entrusts to me. I also must prepare myself through education and study to competently represent the Buyer in all matters.Buyer Boot Camp**
Buyer Boot Camp is all about education. We'll visit a home and I'll teach you what to look for when shopping for a home. You'll learn how to tell if a home is well constructed, whether or not the roof may need to be replaced, how to spot foundation problems, how to spot a poor floor plan and how to decide what floor plan will work for you, and much more. Nearly all of our clients state that this was time well spent and find the experience invaluable.Home Finder Service***
The Home Finder service will send you an email each morning to alert you of new home listings that meet your criteria. You'll have your own personalized gateway where you can view listings, take virtual tours, make comments, and sort listings as 'Favorites', 'Possibilities' or 'Rejects'. In addition, Home Finder will allow you to ask me questions about a particular home or request more information.
