House Hunting - The Search is On

After boot camp you will have a better idea of what you are looking for in terms of price, location, and floor plan. My home buyer / clients typically like to work one of two ways:

1. Some like to go through lists and updates that I send and select the homes that they would like to see. No problem - just send me the MLS numbers (or addresses) of the homes that interest you. I am keeping track of homes we have already seen so, when in doubt, include it in the list.
2. Others don't want to see everything on the market - just the good ones. For you, we will preview all the homes on the market and just show you the ones we think might work. Note: This process only works after you've been through boot camp or if you are NOT a first-time homebuyer.

I can work either way - just be sure to let me know your preference. If at anytime you'd like to "switch to the other side", let me know!

Appointments

I try to accommodate your schedule and be as available to you as I possibly can. I do work by appointment only - please give me as much notice as possible since we have to schedule appointments with the home owners as well. It is pretty easy to accommodate one or two showings at the last minute so don't be shy if there is something you'd like to see for a second time.
