Getting Started - Talk to Me! Me!
We begin with a simple phone conversation. The home buying process can be a long one! It is important that our personalities "click", at least to a certain degree. Spending some time on the phone getting to know each other helps to lay the foundation for a successful working relationship. If all goes well by phone, we'll arrange to meet in person. We will talk about where you want to live and the type of home you wish to purchase. I'll answer any questions you have and I'll give you some ideas about the type of home loan program that may best suit your needs. If I don't think I'll be able to help you, I'll let you know at this time. If all goes well and we decide to work together, I'll go through the buyer's rep agreement with you. I'll need the signed agreement, the Information About Brokerage Services disclosure signed at our first meeting. You can wait until our 2nd or 3rd meeting to sign the buyer's rep agreement. I want you to have time to feel comfortable with our working relationship before I ask you to sign anything.
Home Listings by Email
Based on your wants and needs, I will add you to my NTREIS (North Texas Real Estate Information System) database. The first thing you receive from me is a list of all the homes currently on the market that may suit your needs. Initially, we're going to keep your search criteria a bit broad and narrow it down as we go along. Be sure to let me know how/when you'd like your search criteria updated. After you receive your first list, you will automatically receive an email from me whenever there is a new listing that matches your search criteria. read more
